Delivery & Shipping Policy

 

Free Shipping:

Primestarleathes.com provides free shipping worldwide, with no minimum order sizes or exceptions. Despite shipping being free, we prioritize quick delivery because we understand the importance of receiving your items promptly.

 

Delivery Timelines:

Regular-size orders are typically made to order and shipped within 7 business days, though it may take up to 15 business days. Prime products, however, are readily in stock and shipped the day after the order is placed.

We aim to minimize fulfilment time for custom orders as well. After confirming details like measurements, made-to-measure orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 weeks, and bespoke orders within 5-7 weeks.

After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to reach your doorstep.

 

Worldwide Delivery:

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

 

Courier Service:

To provide premium service, we use Express Deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier for the most efficient delivery.

 

APO/PO Box Addresses:

For safety and security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.

 

Duty:

All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Buyers are responsible for any additional customs charges. Please check your country's customs office for these costs before purchasing.

 

Complimentary Items:

Orders exceeding 10 products do not include complimentary items by default. Exceptions may apply in cases approved by our customer support representatives.

 

Other Policies:

Once payment is received, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order.

After we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it becomes the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier company. If the courier company holds the order for any reason or attempts delivery when the customer is not available, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier. We advise customers to track their parcels using the provided tracking number. If the courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, they may destroy the parcel, for which we cannot be held responsible.

If multiple orders are shipping to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment at our discretion (unless instructed otherwise) to save time and money.

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule delivery to a different address. Customers must contact the courier company for further action or resolution.
